Q. What if I want to exchange or return my order ?

A. No returns or exchanges will be accepted, but Returns will only be accepted in the case of a manufacturing defect or dispatch of incorrect items.

Q. How will I know that you have received my order ?

A. You will receive a confirmation mail & SMS from our end on placing the order with full details of the order.  
 Q. How Do I Track My Order ?
 A. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with the shipping details and tracking number. If you have registered with us, you are also able to view and track the status of your order by signing in and selecting My Account followed by Order Status. If you are not registered, sign up now so you can track future orders.
