Returns & Exchanges Policy
No returns or exchanges will be accepted if the product falls under the Special Price section, if the product is customized or made to order.
Sarees cannot be exchanged if fall Pico or tassels are done or if the Blouse is detached.
Suits, gowns, lehengas, or anything altered to measurements cannot be exchanged.
Returns will only be accepted in the case of a manufacturing defect or dispatch of incorrect items.
Please note that our products are handwoven and delicate. As the fabrics are pure, each product requires very careful handling. Hence, we offer returns and exchanges only in extreme circumstances.
Your return/exchange request should be sent only by email to

support@thepallodstore.com within 24 hours of receiving your shipment with corresponding images of the defect if any.

Product(s) can be exchanged within 24 hours from the date of delivery subject to:
  • A customer returning the product unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original condition with all tags intact.
  • The original invoice must be produced at the time of the request for exchange.
  • We do not accept packages from any courier other than Blue Dart.
  • The company reserves the right to decide if the product is in the condition for exchange and such decision of the company shall be final and binding.
If you receive a package that appears to have been tampered with, you are advised not to accept such a parcel and DON’T open the package.
Pallod will initiate the refund process for incorrect or defective products to your bank account (you need to provide your bank details) within 10 to 15 working days.
The amount for items once bought will not be refunded. You can either exchange the product or we will give you a credit note which can be used to buy another product.
